Tractor Bucket Overhaul

I've been picking away at this for a bit and finally wrapped it up today. The bucket that came on the tractor served the purpose of clearing snow this winter, but it needed some help. I had a fair bit of time in this but minimal material expense, everything was leftover or crops laying around.
The base edge got replaced and and I added a second replacement cutting edge. The base edge consists of 2 crops of ½ ar 400 that I spliced and started out warped. A bit of clamping and applied heat took care of that. Replacing the top reinforcement, new gussets and careful bracing and clamping left with an overall pretty straight bucket. Some new cheek plates, better floor wear material as well as converting it to the new quick attach plate, rounded out the job.
I used the little Everlast 52i plasma quite a bit on this job and I have to say, its an impressive little unit for the money!
