Processor knife replacement

The knives on this unit were definitely well used, with lots of wear on the non consumable parts as a result. A bit of build up was required in a few spots, and a few cracks needed to be fixed, but it looks pretty good now. The customer didn't want to go nuts with rebuilding everything, but it should be good and servicable for a while longer.

There were a bunch of parts variations for this model, and even the second try for the top knife wasn't quite right. A little heat and persuasion, and you wouldn't know.
