Zx800 Stick repairs

I guess you could say the stick on this Zx800 was a little loose...

Tearing down wasn't an option so doing the best repair in place was the only choice. Lots of gouging and cuttting, even more welding. Over 20 lbs of rod in this repair!

The reinforcement plate was cut freehand, pretty pleased with how that turned out.
